Here are two maintenance cases that occurred during processing work on the RG80.
We would like to introduce a maintenance case of a press brake that we handled. Even after tightening the lower limit lock handle, the table drops after moving it up and down several times. Additionally, there were suspicions of oil leakage and misalignment of the back gauge. It is believed that uneven wear occurred due to the wear of the friction plate of the lower limit block and the bending of the stop fixture. Regarding the lower limit block assembly and oil leakage, the cylinder is fine, but please monitor the situation after tightening the pressure gauge fittings on the backside of each piping. Also, for the back gauge, please consider replacing the stop assembly and the stretch.
